Karen Tibbs, MS, OTRL, FMiOTA is a nationally recognized occupational therapist and educator with over three decades of experience advancing inclusive, transdisciplinary practice across educational and community settings. A nominee for the Roster of Fellows Award, Karen has led innovation in assistive technology, workload-based service delivery, and systems-level supports for neurodiverse learners from birth through 12th grade. She is the founder of The Merger, author of Home and School-Based Learning: The Hybrid Educational Transdisciplinary Team (HETT), and creator of multiple copyrighted assessment and instructional tools used by educators and therapists.
